Wish upon a star...

Ever wondered whether the stars in the sky at night have a name? Well wonder no longer, if you look up to the sky tonight and turn towards the constellation of Pisces you see in the top right corner a tiny but perfectly formed star that star is newly named "Bean Sparkle" and it is my named star.

Understanding Chillibean

So who is Chillibean and how did I come about?

Well chillis are complex things don't you know and there are many different kinds - around 400 actually. They can be small they can be a bit bigger, they can be warm or they can be unbearably hot. Some you can eat whole, others you'd be best to briefly lick. If you chop with bare hands the burning will stay with you for days...you'll discover to your surprise when you rub your eyes next.

And beans are not just the healthy kind you eat. "Bean" or "A beanie" can (in a good friend of mines world) be a lovely person that you just want to be friends with. They are a true friend who will do pretty much anything for you and calling them bean is a sign of deep affection. You can use bean when refering to that said friend in any context..."Beanie you are looking lovely today", "Bean could you pick up a bottle of wine on the way round"...you get my drift.

So back to Chillibean and who I am.

A sometimes complex character that can have many different moods depending on how I'm feeling. You know when I'm feeling cool and chilled and when frankly I'm hotter than fire. You'll remember when I've been hot. But for my different temperaments I will always be a bean...well to my mates anyway.

It' bloomin Friday...

So what is the best day of the week?
Is it Friday and the start of the weekend? Or technically Thursday as Friday is the happy run in to the weekend? It could be Wednesday as you get over the hump of the working week?
I think waking on Saturday morning is the best...so Saturday for me.
